At Mill Creek our family specializes in growing Music Garlic. We have been cultivating this variety for over 25 years and grows great on our Northern New York farm. Music is a hard neck porcelain variety named after the man that imported  it into the US. It has between 4 and 6 large cloves that keep extremely well.  We have recently added 5 New garlic varieties to our farm that we are very excited about and we are selling limited quantities until  we have more seed. We use no chemical fertilizers or pesticides, our compost comes from our own beef cattle that has made our soil a deep rich organic mix that produce  extra large bulbs.
