Thai Purple is a Turban variety that matures very early. We are very excited about growing a variety that we can harvest the end of June . It has attractive purple wrappers with a bit of heat when raw. This variety was discovered in Bangkok Thailand but we are having good success growing 3" bulbs in the north.
Persian Staralso known as Duganski is a marble purple stripe mid season variety. This late maturing variety is a long storing garlic that produces large bulbs. that produces 8-9 cloves per bulb with deep garlic flavor great for cooking and sauces.
Giant Turkish Red is a marbled purple stripe that has 4-6 large cloves. Intense pungent flavor with long storage. A late maturing variety with great flavor.
